Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Apprenticeship Co-ordinator based in Portsmouth. Key responsibilities include managing apprenticeship programs, liaising with learners, employers, and instructors to coordinate training plans. The role involves supporting learners' progress, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding and regulations, and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will also assist with apprenticeship enrolments and ensure the delivery of high standards in training services.
Qualifications
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with learners, employers, and instructors.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks, standards, or funding requirements is an advantage.
• Experience in training coordination, education, or the logistics industry is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems for maintaining administrative tasks and reporting outcomes effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently on-site with a positive and collaborative attitude.
