Education - Be responsible for high quality teaching and the facilitation of student learning, using an innovative and reflective approach to education. This includes:
- Designing and delivering specific teaching sessions and study days both in the classroom and through e-learning using a range of appropriate teaching strategies to suit the level of learners, the setting, and the topic, including technology-enhanced and experiential learning, one-to-one coaching, large and small group teaching, seminars, and simulation of clinical situations.
- Participating in the development of teaching in the School, sharing and reflecting on ideas and experiences; mentoring colleagues; evaluating teaching activity and outcomes.
- Participating in Peer Review of teaching, receiving, and giving supportive feedback and advice to help sustain and enhance the quality of teaching in the School.
- Being involved in the evaluation of teaching and learning activities, ensuring that education and practice are linked.
- If qualified, provide academic leadership and support to module/programme/curriculum development and delivery.
- Develop and deliver culturally sensitive non-accredited education and training to a global audience.
