Job – Art & Design Lecturer – FTC until 31st July 2026 – Full time or part time considered.
Salary - Full time salary- £33,135 - £41,700 per annum depending on experience ( pro rata for part time )
Holiday- 42 days plus bank holidays per annum/ pro rata if part time.
Location – Ware Campus

About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational Art & Design Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality Art & Design lessons
- Support and motivate students to achieve their best
- Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

About You
You will bring:
? An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS)
? BA qualification
? GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
? Proven teaching experience in subject specialism in an FE or HE environment
? Industry experience in visual merchandising , 3D design , branding , styling and promotion.
? The ability to inspire, engage and support young people
? A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
