Job Overview
We have embarked on one of the biggest transformation programmes our Trust has ever seen. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) will enhance the work of nearly everyone in the Trust, and also the experience of anyone who accesses our services. These roles are critical in supporting the delivery of the Trust’s digital strategy and the strategic priorities in PAHT2030.
Main Duties of the Job
- The role is critical in supporting the delivery of the Trust’s digital strategy and the strategic priorities in PAHT2030. Our new EHR is also critical to deliver our digital priorities in readiness for our new hospital.
- The role supports delivery of appropriate role‑based training to our people at PAHT.
- This position will specialise in advancing artificial intelligence capabilities in educational initiatives for developments within the trust.
- The Digital Senior IT Trainer will report to the Digital IT Training Manager, with whom they will agree their work plan and expected outcomes.
- You’ll be working across the organisational boundaries, influencing decisions where appropriate, negotiating areas of improvement, seeking agreement and co‑operation; but always managing user expectations to ensure that they are aligned to the available resources.
