Job Title: IT & Digital Skills Trainer
Location: London, UK (6 days per year in the office)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

The main role of the IT & Digital Skills Trainer is to provide expert teaching and learning across our AEB provision. We are looking for a talented, engaging, and focused individual to work within the successful team ensuring our candidates receive only the highest quality, effective teaching, and learning.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering Digital & IT Skills at Level 2 to include safe and secure practices when working with IT devices, data and information, cybersecurity, digital graphics, computer programming, spreadsheets, networks, IT support, digital skills project, and presentation.
- Follow TLA plans but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing, and motivating training to your learners.
- Support learners with accurate and constructive feedback, mentoring learners to achieve and learn the skills required to progress onto an apprenticeship, employment, or further learning.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role delivering Gateway qualifications within Digital/IT Training.
- PGCE/CertEd/QTS or L4 teaching qualification, as well as qualifications in relevant subject area and Maths & English GCSEs.
- Ability to travel to the London office once a month.
