Salary -£21,537-£27,105 - Full time equivalent £33,135 - £41,700 per annum depending on experience
Holiday- 42 days plus bank holidays, pro rata for part time
Location – Ware Campus – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 8:45am -5pm

About the Role
To teach across a Hair Media Make-Up course at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 to 16–18- year-olds, and 19+ Learning provision, with specific responsibility to provide program management across one or more courses. You will be a fully qualified teacher and assessor with a proven track record of delivering effective teaching and learning in the Further Education sector.
In this role, you will:
- To deliver planned, coordinated, high quality teaching and assessment on appropriate subjects/units and contribute to teaching on other programmes, as agreed with the line manager.
- Support and motivate students to achieve their best
- Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

About You
You will bring:
? An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
? GCSEs C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
? Qualified to L3 as a minimum in Media MakeUp / Theatrical Media Make-Up
? L3 Assessor qualification
? L4 Verifier qualification
? The ability to inspire, engage and support young people
