Salary: £31,520 – £38,786
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high‑quality lessons across the department.
- Manage course organisation and complete administrative tasks.
- Monitor and assess learners in accordance with internal and external quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent proven ability.
- Demonstrable experience working with young people.
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage learners.
- Team player who demonstrates the college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
