Company Overview
CPI Mortars were pioneers within the UK construction materials industry in the late 1990’s with the construction of the UK’s first dry mortar plant. It is now the only national dry mortar producer operating across a network of nine EuroMix manufacturing plants. EuroMix dry mortars, renders, plasters and concretes are used by the major construction companies in the UK on housing, industrial, educational and infrastructure projects.
CPI also operates a state-of-the-art bagging operation at Carlton Manufacturing which supplies the merchant and contractors’ market with a range of bagged ready to use concrete, mortar and fence post mixes.
CPI are part of the Grafton Group Plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and who provide us with terrific support as the parent company.
Job Description
We are seeking a temporary support role for a Training Coordinator for a period of 2 months, with the potential to extend for an additional month, to assist in revamping our online training programs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer use and demonstrate strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for updating and enhancing our training materials, ensuring they are engaging and effective. Additionally, you should be capable of communicating effectively with colleagues at various levels within the organization to gather feedback and implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the revamp and update of online training materials.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across all training content.
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues at different levels of the organization.
* Utilise AI Synthesia to enhance training materials, no prior experience required.
* Perform other related tasks as needed to support the training revamp project.
