We\'re looking for an Apprentice ICT Role to join our dynamic team at Hinton. You\'ll be mentored by our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience supporting real users, solving real problems, and developing skills that will set you up for a future in tech.

Important: A full UK driving license is required for this role.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Be the friendly first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up and maintain IT equipment like laptops, mobiles, and printers.
Keep our IT asset register updated.
Learn about IT security and data protection.
Help manage stock levels.

What You\'ll Bring:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A team-player attitude with enthusiasm to learn.
GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications—no experience necessary, just enthusiasm!
