Impact Futures Group and The Childcare Company have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our business as
Operations Performance Manager Childcare.
This role is remote however, it requires occasional travelling for team meetings and company events.
Please note this role requires someone based in London or South East region of England, ideally Kent, Hertfordshire, Berkshire or
Buckinghamshire.
The Role
As part of the Operations management team, you will have operational oversight of the sectors we work within, with responsibility
of the management and planning of the sector to help reach our business objectives. You will contribute to the governance
requirements and support the SLT in setting the business direction. The focus of the role is the strategic leadership, direction
and management of the operational processes, functions, and performance across our sector.
The role will involve:
- Taking full responsibility in managing, supervising, monitoring and supporting a team of Development Coaches in their delivery
of a positive learning journey by motivating, engaging and fully supporting them to achieve their expected key performance
indicators
- Carrying out 121s with each Development Coach that is supportive, motivating and empowers them to deliver a positive learning
journey to their learners whilst meeting the company’s policies and procedures as well as being in line with Ofsted, ESFA and the
Awarding Organisation.
- Supporting the implementation of integrated processes, systems, controls, and reporting formats that support strong analysis of
sector performance
- Maintain accurate records for each learner to meet ESFA compliance requirements
- Driving efficiencies in the maintenance of existing contracts and support the business development function through driving
business leads and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Supporting the development of innovative approaches that set us apart from our competitors, leading to continuous improvement
and enabling growth targets to be met

About You
- Strong leadership skills and experience, including the management of change, risk management, commercial awareness, and
performance management
- Track record of leading operational strategies
- Proven experience of excellent people management and performance management skills with the ability to inspire and develop
strong relationships
- High level operational leadership and management experience, including a proven track record of managing remotely
- Strong data and analytical skills - Proven experience of managing a team towards the achievement of set targets
- Experience of working with ESFA, funding rules and audit requirements
- Experience of Ofsted inspection including SAR and action planning against a QIP
