Job Overview: The Quality Assurance Administrator will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all internal processes and procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements and ensuring Inter Scientific maintains its ISO certifications. This role involves defining quality criteria, testing systems and procedures, collaborating with suppliers, and supporting project teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update QA documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), test methods, internal logs and charts etc.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GLP, GMP) and internal policies and procedures.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of QA data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and support internal and external audits and assessments, including maintaining audit trails and corrective action plans.
- Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues, including non-conformances, OOE/OOS, deviations and Customer complaints.
- Updating the Approved Supplier List for new and existing vendors.
- Providing general administrative support to the Quality Team.
- Liaising with Company Departments, along with Suppliers & Customers to gather required data and follow-up with Quality issues.
- Attending internal Departmental meetings, taking notes, and following through with dates and responses.
- Providing help and assistance with any other duties, as and when required.
- Conduct on-site quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Review and analyze site reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Ensure that Health & Safety (H&S) regulations and site requirements are met.
