What you'll be doing: Learning & Development Trainer
- Delivering training for new and existing employees.
- Running inductions and supporting onboarding.
- Creating and updating training content and materials.
- Engaging groups and facilitating discussions.
- Tracking progress and sharing insights with managers.
- Supporting e-learning and bringing fresh learning ideas into the team.
What you need: Learning & Development Trainer
- Experience in training, learning delivery, or teaching.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Confident using Microsoft and Google tools.
- Able to solve problems and manage an engaged room.
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including some weekends.
