EARLY CAREERS ADVISOR - EDINBURGH- 4 MONTH CONTRACT - £18.65 per hour
Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a multinational company specialising in aerospace, defence, and security. They are currently recruiting for an Early Careers Advisor to work out of their main office.
About You:
- You have previously worked as an Early Careers Advisor.
- You know how to use Word, Excel, and have basic office admin skills.
- You have good planning management experience.
What you will be doing:
You will be in charge of the apprenticeships as their main point of contact. You will be working closely with the training providers to monitor and deliver attendance, progress, performance and assessment of apprenticeships on programme, providing coaching and development on a one to one basis, ensuring learning is in place.
This role is based in Edinburgh. It is a hybrid role and would only require you being in the office 2 days per week.
What you can expect in return:
This role is a contract role based in Edinburgh on an initial 4-month contract. The rate for this position is £18.65 per hour inside IR35.
For this position, you must be eligible to work in the UK; a BPSS check will also be required.
