At Popeyes UK, our growth is fast, our ambition is bold, and developing our people sits right at the heart of our journey. We’re now looking for a Leadership Development Manager to shape how we grow great people into great leaders across our restaurants and support teams.

This is a standout opportunity to design our leadership framework, build end-to-end development programmes, and create learning experiences that genuinely change behaviours. You’ll work closely with Operations, the People team and senior leaders to identify capability gaps, strengthen our talent pipeline and build a modern, impactful leadership offering that supports a rapidly scaling business.

What You’ll Do Here

Design and own a cohesive leadership development roadmap and the Popeyes leadership framework, using creative, blended learning approaches
Shape career pathways and partner with Operations to ensure development is relevant, practical and delivering real ROI
Lead the Managers in Training programme, National Training Hubs and Centres of Excellence to build future-ready leaders across the estate
Oversee leadership assessments (360s, psychometrics, capability tools) and provide coaching and guidance to learners
Strengthen the leadership bench through targeted development, succession planning and identifying high-potential talent
Track ROI and programme effectiveness using performance data, feedback and engagement metrics, continuously improving our approach
Manage external training partners and apprenticeship providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong learner outcomes

What You’ll Have Done:

Developed leadership capability in a multi-site organisation (hospitality/retail ideal)
Designed and delivered learning programmes using blended and digital methods
Facilitated training confidently and influenced senior stakeholders
Used 360s, assessments and LNAs to shape leadership development
Worked across multiple functions, ideally including Operations
Managed complex projects and schedules with pace
(Bonus) Hold an L&D qualification at Level 5 or above
