HNC Construction Lecturer – Private training company

Hours: Full-Time. Hybrid model (3 weeks on site, 3 weeks at home)
I'm working with the UK’s first industry-led construction education centre, on the hunt for a dynamic and knowledgeable HNC Construction Lecturer to join their growing team. With cutting-edge facilities, strong industry links, and a passion for developing the sector's future leaders, this is a great opportunity for a HNC Construction lecturer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching on HNC-level Construction and the Built Environment programmes.
- Support and assess learners through assignments, projects, and practical sessions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and ensure courses meet both academic and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship to learners, helping them progress in both education and employment.
- Liaise with industry partners to ensure learning remains relevant and future-focused.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or HNC/HND in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Industry experience in construction, project management, or site supervision.
- Experience delivering Pearson qualifications.
