Why Your Role Matters
Multiple Lecturer (Level B) and Senior Lecturer (Level C) positions are available to specialize in high‑quality teaching, curriculum development, mentoring, and UNSW teaching and learning community contribution.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging postgraduate teaching and learning experiences.Design, develop, and assess innovative learning activities.Support student success through consultation and mentoring.Contribute to course administration and quality assurance.Maintain professional development in pedagogy and disciplinary knowledge.Lead curriculum development and educational innovation (Senior Lecturer).Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of teaching excellence (Senior Lecturer).Build industry links and attract funding for learning and teaching initiatives (Senior Lecturer).
Qualifications
A PhD in a relevant business discipline (e.g., finance, economics, marketing, strategy, sustainability).Demonstrated excellence in post‑experience teaching and curriculum design.Evidence of educational innovation and student engagement.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organisational skills.Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
