Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Team Leading and Operations Management
- Coach apprentices one-to-one, supporting their growth and confidence
- Build lasting relationships with employers to strengthen partnerships
- Review learner progress, create action plans, and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure apprentices are assessment-ready and equipped for success
- Share your industry expertise through practical and theoretical learning
- Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and well-being at every step
Requirements
A level 3+ teaching qualification (or equivelant)Experience in delivering apprenticeships or prior teaching experienceLevel 5 Operations Manager qualification or significant sector experienceExcellent communication, organisational, and time management skillsAbility to identify training needs and implement effective solutionsStrong attention to detail with high levels of literacy and numeracyAssessor Awards (CAVA, TAQA, A1 equivalent)Background in transport
