Head of Operations & Quality – Apprenticeships

Following significant investment in systems and infrastructure, they are now seeking a Head of Operations & Quality to lead their next phase of growth and excellence.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational and quality agenda across all areas of the organisation (Apps & Commercial Training). This is a leadership opportunity that blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery management - ensuring the business continues to meet (and exceed) OFSTED expectations while advancing its digital, commercial, and apprenticeship ambitions. You’ll lead a team of three Managers and around 40 Coaches & Tutors indirectly. The team is strong, committed, and ready for the next level of leadership to help them deliver outstanding learner and employer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as OFSTED Nominee (or shadow nominee) and lead all inspection readiness activity.
- Ensure compliance and excellence across apprenticeships and commercial training provision.
- Drive digitalisation of systems and processes, embedding efficiency and innovation through.
