This fully remote role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop and manage high-quality apprenticeship programs that equip individuals with the essential competencies for careers in technology, from our administrative center near Norwich, Norfolk, UK.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of our digital skills apprenticeship pathways, ensuring alignment with industry standards and employer needs. This includes:
- Curriculum development
- Recruitment of apprentices
- Managing relationships with employers
- Overseeing the pastoral care and progress tracking of apprentices
You will work closely with subject matter experts, training providers, and assessment bodies to ensure program quality and compliance. Key duties involve:
- Market research to identify emerging digital skill demands
- Evaluating and selecting training content
- Implementing innovative learning methodologies suitable for a remote cohort
You will also be involved in marketing and promoting the apprenticeship programs to attract diverse talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apprenticeship program management, curriculum design, or learning and development, with specific experience in digital or technology-focused fields. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with apprenticeship frameworks, funding mechanisms, and quality assurance standards in the UK is highly desirable. Experience in managing remote teams or programs is a significant advantage.
