Employability Skills Advisor/ Job Coach,

As a Employability Skills Advisor/ Job Coach, you'll be central to the delivery of our Training Academy. You will be directly accountable for
learner progression
and helping young adults achieve the skills they need to transition into sustained, paid employment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering tailored 1-to-1 Job Coaching
and signposting Working with learners in our
community classroom
to develop core
employability skills . Ensuring learners complete all elements of the programme in line with regulatory requirements. Effective record keeping and reporting on learner progress against targets.
Do You Have What It Takes?
We're looking for dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:
Solid
knowledge of the sector
(e.g., Supported Internships, employability programmes, or vocational training). Proven experience of delivering against targets
(e.g., progression, completion, or employment outcomes).
Experience of supporting people
with a
Learning Disability (LD)
or
SEN is advantageous A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
Certificates required at the interview stage. Good ICT skills and effective communication abilities.
