Summary
We are seeking a passionate Basketball Coach to join our team at Everyone Active in the UK. This role is vital in promoting physical activity and developing basketball skills within our community. As a Basketball Coach, you will inspire participants to embrace an active lifestyle through engaging coaching sessions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement basketball training programs for various skill levels.
- Conduct engaging coaching sessions that promote skill development and teamwork.
- Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance program offerings.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Promote the importance of physical fitness and healthy living.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly basketball.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for promoting health and fitness within the community.
- Level 2 Basketball England coaching certifications are required
