About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the vibrant School of Education and contribute to the Secondary and Further Education and Skills team, supporting recruitment, training prospective teachers and promoting teaching and learning, research and reach-out activities across the Faculty.
You will join a creative and enthusiastic team and will primarily contribute to our Further Education and Skills (FES) portfolio. You will work with staff across the wider School of Education in leading on marketing, student recruitment and mentoring support within our FES provision.
As a Senior Lecturer within the Secondary and Further Education and Skills team, you will work across our range of provision, contributing to the wider developments in ITT provision and engaging in Placement Supervision and Personal Academic Tutoring.
What you can bring
The successful candidate will be qualified to Master's level.
You will have relevant experience of leadership at HE level. and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
You will have experience of recruitment, marketing and mentoring activity in HE.
You will have experience of successful teaching at HE level.
