The Role…
We are seeking individuals to join our Weekend Skills Class team on a part-time basis. You should have a genuine interest in sport and child development — including both physical and mental well-being.
We’re looking for people who are:

You will be responsible for caring for children at our NGA Weekend Skills Classes, leading and supervising activities for children aged 18 months – 8 years old. You will be a valued member of the NGA Family, contributing to our mission to inspire the next generation and improve children’s physical and mental well-being across the UK.
Duties will include:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering quality skills sessions in a safe and caring environment
- Organising and setting up the session space
- Undertaking session administration where required
- Encouraging parental involvement in the skills classes
- Communicating effectively with all members of the organisation and parents
- Undertaking appropriate and relevant training
- Maintaining a healthy, safe, and secure environment for all
