Job Title: Multi Trader - Social Housing (Van & Fuel Card Provided)

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Trades operatives for a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract with Home Group. These roles are based across Swindon, Oxford, and Reading, with multiple positions available.
Key Information:
- Position: Multi Trades
- Rate: £18.00 per hour
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Start: ASAP
- Contract Type: Temp to Perm
- Perks: Van and fuel card provided
Duties Include:
- Day-to-day repairs and maintenance across tenanted and void social housing properties
- Responsive and planned maintenance works
- General multi-trade duties (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, carpentry, etc.)
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in social housing is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Own basic hand tools
