FIND are a specialist staffing business servicing the Further Education & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are delighted to be representing an inspirational and well respected Cambridge based centre of learning to hire a Quality Lead for their Construction Apprenticeships provision.

Working with the Work Based Learning Manager, you will closely monitor performance of the apprenticeship delivery team to ensure KPI’s are consistently exceeded, using interventions where required to drive overall performance.
Ideally, you will have a background in teaching/assessing/quality assurance from a construction education setting. However, we would be keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate high levels of knowledge of apprenticeship Standards delivery across other sectors, with a proven ability to motivate staff and provide high levels of overall team performance.
What You'll Do:
Lead the charge in
driving ongoing quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.Provide
overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
Inspire and manage a teamAnalyse dataTake an active role in the regular learner review process.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in
leading quality assurance and
improvement initiatives .A deep understanding of the
current apprenticeship system and its evolving landscape.Strong leadership and
people management skills , with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Excellent
report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of high, timely achievement.
