Job Opportunity
We are looking for highly motivated employment coaches who have a passion for supporting unemployed individuals to find work. The adviser will take responsibility for their own caseload of customers and want to go the extra mile to help them.
The role will include:
· Supporting participants overcome barriers to employment by engaging with them, setting up and reviewing SMART action plans for participants, and finding them sustainable employment
· Identify transferable skills and capabilities in participants to find suitable jobs
· Signposting to local stakeholders to provide support where required such as debt concerns, mental health conditions or career coaching
· Updating and/or creating CVs, cover letters and tailored application support
· Support individuals with job interviews and assessments
· Supporting the participant with job search using the appropriate job boards and ensure profiles are kept up-to-date
· Identifying skill gaps and signposting to courses which will help the individual
· Find relevant jobs for participants in addition to working with the Employer Engagement Team to identify suitable job opportunities
· Update the case management and learner system for activities and outcomes achieved by the customer

· Salary £25000 - £27000 per annum depending on experience.
