Hours: Saturday mornings, 8:35 am – 10:35 am (with potential for more sessions and weekday work in nurseries and schools)

Rugbytots – the UK's #1 rugby play programme for kids – is looking for a superstar Lead Coach to join our Saturday morning team in Hailsham!
What’s the role?
You’ll lead fun, structured play sessions for children aged 2–7, helping them grow in confidence, coordination, and teamwork – all through the magic of imaginative rugby-based play.
This is not your average coaching job. Think: children’s TV presenter meets sports coach! Sessions are energetic, silly, joyful – and always full of imagination (we’ve been pirates, jungle explorers, superheroes… and yes, rugby players too!).
What makes a great Rugbytots Coach?
We’re looking for people who are:
- Great with young children (aged 2–7) and love making them smile
- Full of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
- Confident presenters with a warm, bubbly personality
- Organised and reliable – our families depend on it
- Able to drive and store/transport equipment to the venue
- Must be available Saturday mornings.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in sports coaching, childcare, drama, PE teaching, or early years education
- A Level 1 (or higher) coaching certificate (not essential!)
- A current DBS check (or willingness to get one)
- A background as a parent or caregiver – you know how kids tick!
