Temporary Lecturer in Information Technology (BTEC Level 3)

The basics:

? Up to 4 weeks
?? 0.5FTE to 1FTE (flexible)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching on the Level 3 BTEC IT programme
- Providing effective assessment, feedback, and academic support to learners
- Ensuring lessons are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with current industry practice
- Contributing to a collaborative and respectful departmental culture
- Supporting students in their personal and professional development
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in teaching IT within a Further Education setting but also shares our commitment to educational excellence, learner success, and community values.
You must have:
- A current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Experience teaching in a Further Education (FE) environment
- A strong understanding of BTEC assessment and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and professional approach to short-term teaching roles
