LEAD GENERATION & BUSINESS GROWTH
- Develop and nurture new leads and contacts to expand our business
- Maintain and manage CRM accounts with existing clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction
- Research and input new prospects from a variety of sources to keep our pipeline fresh and dynamic.
GROWTH
- Sustainably grow the business through ambitious but achievable targets and a best-in-class proposition
- Develop and sustain a strong pipeline to consistently drive business growth
- Cultivate in depth knowledge about key employers, sectors and opportunities, leveraging this insight to fuel innovation and expansion
- Identify pivotal employers or employer groups to precisely target those entities
COMPLIANCE
- Provide timely and accurate updates and reports as needed
- Ensure that all Advice and Guidance to employers and learners are comprehensive and enlightening
- Ensure enrolment onto appropriate apprenticeships is restricted to suitable learners and employers

- Foster strong relationships with internal colleagues, ensuring the delivery of service at an exceptional level
- Maintain strong professional networks for future opportunities
- Build and nurture long term relationships with customers and industry influencers

Person Specification
Experience
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in identifying and nurturing strategic business partnerships with both levy and non-levy companies. The main objective involves advocating and marketing Kingdom Academy’s range of commercial and apprenticeship programmes particularly in Social Housing, Leadership, Management and Coaching. This responsibility will encompass significant growth potentially involving the utilisation of existing networks to forge connections in other areas. You will need to identify and target potential clients and close deals effectively.
Professional Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience working in the Work Based Learning / Apprenticeship Sector
- Extensive knowledge on Apprenticeships and funding rules
- A proven track record of in lead generation
- Ability to build and nurture existing and new relationships
- Experience working with Levy organisations
- A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance
