We are seeking a dynamic EFL/ESOL Teacher who is well-versed in student-centred teaching and the Communicative Approach on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for someone passionate about language education and experienced in various examination settings, offering a supportive and developmental environment with a high Ofsted rating.
Day-to-day of the role:- Implement student-centred teaching methodologies and the Communicative Approach to effectively engage students.
- Prepare and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of students at different proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their language acquisition.
- Prepare students for specific examinations such as Cambridge FCE, IELTS, and Ascentis exams.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and insights.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching trends and techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- A DELTA (Diploma) or CELTA (Certificate) qualification is required.
- A minimum of two years' experience in teaching EFL/ESOL.
- Experience in teaching or examining Cambridge FCE, IELTS, or Ascentis exams is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Communicative Approach and student-centred teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic teaching environment.
