Context:
Our English Centre provides summer camps for international students aged 10–17 years. The summer camp programme runs over a two-week period. Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sports Teachers / Multi-Sports Coaches will plan and deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive physical activity sessions to engage learners. Sessions will develop skills, teamwork and sports activity across a range of sports. Teachers / Coaches will ensure safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver high-quality activities across a range of sports (e.g. football, basketball, tennis, athletics, etc.)
· Foster a fun, energetic, and inclusive environment for learners of all skill levels
· Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants through effective supervision and risk management
· Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities and incidents as required
· Work collaboratively with fellow staff and contribute to the wider camp programme
· Promote personal development and teamwork through sport
Person Specification:
· Experienced coach or sports teacher of children or young people
· Recognised coaching qualifications (e.g. UKCC Level 1 or above) or relevant teaching qualification (e.g. Sports, or Physical Education)
· Multi-sport delivery experience in a residential summer camp or similar setting
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Energetic, positive, able to motivate and inspire and adapt to different ability levels.
· First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date)
· Safeguarding Children training (if not part of the Coach/ Teaching qualifications)
· A current enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate (or willingness to undergo one)
· Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £2,000.00-£2,600.00 per month
