We’re working with a leading college group in West London that’s on the lookout for an experienced Manager to oversee their engineering apprenticeship provision – covering both mechanical and electrical pathways.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong teaching or assessing background in engineering who’s confident leading a team and passionate about delivering high-quality, employer-focused training.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of lecturers and assessors, maintaining strong links with employers, and making sure quality and outcomes are top notch. A key part of this role will be helping grow the provision while keeping everything on track.
What they’re looking for:
✔️ A degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or similar)
✔️ Teaching qualification (L5 or above), plus Assessor/Verifier quals
✔️ Solid understanding of apprenticeships and standards
✔️ Experience managing or coordinating apprenticeship delivery
✔️ Confident leader who’s good with people and quality-driven
🌍They may be able to offer visa sponsorship for the right person.
