Salary: £46,543-£50,646 per annum – including London weighting

Key Responsibilities: - Operations Manager - Technical Apprenticeships
Manage and develop the Building Services curriculum within the Technical Apprenticeship SchoolBuild and maintain effective relationships with employers and external industry bodiesEnsure robust quality assurance processes across all apprenticeship provisionLine manage a team of lecturers and assessors, supporting their professional developmentMeet apprenticeship delivery targets and ensure successful learner outcomesDrive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment
Essential Requirements: - Operations Manager - Technical Apprenticeships
Minimum Level 3 academic/vocational qualificationRecognised FE teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DET)Assessor and Verifier qualificationsAt least 3 years' experience in teaching or assessingProven track record of meeting targets and ensuring successful outcomesComprehensive understanding of apprenticeship programmes and StandardsExperience in apprenticeship deliveryStrong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams
Desirable:
Experience in Building Services (advantageous but not essential)Knowledge of current FE funding methodologies and frameworksExperience in curriculum development and design
