The role of Deputy Head of Quality Assurance at our College is instrumental to ensuring adherence to the highest standards of educational excellence. Collaborating closely with colleagues in the Quality Team, Curriculum Directors, Heads of Department, this role entails developing and implementing robust quality assurance policies and procedures to uphold regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Through meticulous data analysis and reporting, the Deputy Head of Quality Assurance provides invaluable insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives across academic programs, services, and processes. Additionally, they play a pivotal role in training and developing staff members to foster a culture of quality and compliance. By serving as a liaison with external accreditation agencies and regulatory bodies, the Deputy Head of Quality Assurance ensures the College's ongoing commitment to excellence in education. You will have a minimum Level 5 Teaching qualification preferably a PGCE, with Substantial experience of delivering high quality teaching and learning and achieving high levels of outcomes for learners. You will have experience of continuous quality improvement and assurance cycles with knowledge of the current Ofsted Inspection Framework. What’s in it for you?
