Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

Experience delivering IT, systems or applications training, or strong systems experience with a passion for helping users
Experience within a knowledge-based environment would be highly desirable
Strong understanding of business systems, technology and user adoption
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in helping people get the best from technology

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging systems training, workshops and drop-in sessions
Support the rollout of new technology, upgrades and system enhancements
Act as a superuser and trusted advisor for systems and technology
Create digital learning content, guides, videos and e-learning resources
Support new starter onboarding and induction programmes
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve system adoption and user confidence
Identify opportunities to improve processes, learning and user experience
