Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience delivering IT, systems or applications training, or strong systems experience with a passion for helping users
- Experience within a knowledge-based environment would be highly desirable
- Strong understanding of business systems, technology and user adoption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in helping people get the best from technology
Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging systems training, workshops and drop-in sessions
- Support the rollout of new technology, upgrades and system enhancements
- Act as a superuser and trusted advisor for systems and technology
- Create digital learning content, guides, videos and e-learning resources
- Support new starter onboarding and induction programmes
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve system adoption and user confidence
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, learning and user experience
