The role
Coach and assess learners throughout their apprenticeshipDeliver remote teaching and occasional in‑person observationsComplete reviews, observations and progress reportsWork with employers to support meaningful on‑programme developmentPrepare learners for EPAMaintain accurate, compliant recordsPromote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practiceWhat they’re looking for
Experience in Adult Health & Social CareAssessor qualification (A1 / CAVA / TAQA)Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS) desirableStrong communication and a supportive, learner‑centred approachConfident using digital platformsCommitment to quality and continuous improvementWhat’s on offer
