We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our employer partnerships and grow apprenticeship and adult skills provision. .

This is a key role focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities, strengthening our employer network, and converting engagement activity into real learner opportunities. You will play a central role in developing our Employer Intelligence Strategy, ensuring employer insight and labour market data inform curriculum development and apprenticeship growth. .

Working collaboratively across curriculum, marketing, admissions and partnerships, you will help ensure the College responds effectively to employer demand while supporting strong progression outcomes for learners. .

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with: .

Proven experience in business development, employer engagement or sales

A track record of generating new business and building partnerships

Experience working to targets and performance indicators

Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and planning abilities
