What You'll Need: Experience working with children or young people in Primary, Secondary, or SEN settings is desirable but not essential A genuine passion for supporting pupils with a range of learning needs Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach Ability to support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Adaptability to work across different school environments and age ranges No QTS required - ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced support staff, or career changers Graduates and those considering a career in education are strongly encouraged to apply
