Overview
School Teaching Assistant based in Gateshead and surrounding areas.

What You'll Need
- Experience working with children or young people (school based experience desirable).
- A passion for supporting students' learning and development.
- Confidence working with pupils across age groups.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience supporting students with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD).
- Previous experience in a UK secondary school setting.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, degree, or equivalent).
