The role involves attracting, registering, and guiding participants towards successful placements. Utilising diagnostic skills, individual and group coaching, and optimising available funding, you'll empower individuals to secure sustainable employment. You may operate across various locations, including fixed sites and community venues, ensuring accessibility for all. Meeting targets and adhering to program obligations and processes is essential in this role.What youll doDeliver criteria on accredited courses in line with awarding bodyAssess portfolios for accredited courses during the course deliveryEmbed Literacy and Numeracy, Equality and Diversity, Prevent (including British Values) and SafeguardingPromote courses to Employment Advisors, Recruitment Managers, and external stakeholdersDesign and manage training timetables with the Business Manager/s based on programme and Learner needsProduce and/or collate accurate paperwork for Learner registrations and certificationsMaintaining up-to-date records within systems etcMaintaining personal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Log.What youll needLevel 2 English and Maths as a minimumExperience of working in a fast paced, performance target driven environmentExperience of being accountable for own work e.g., following lessons plans / filling course with learnersMinimum of 2 years experience of delivering courses/working in a training environmentRecognised teaching qualifications; Certificate of Education (Cert.
