Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Wellingborough. Whether you're looking for the flexibility of ad-hoc supply work, short-term assignments, or a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, we have opportunities to suit your needs and availability.
The Role
- Supporting pupils across a range of age groups and abilities
- Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
- Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
- Assisting with classroom management and pupil wellbeing
- Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Has previous experience working in a school setting
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's education
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
