Job Overview
Full time, permanent Headteacher role at Elston Hall Primary School, Wolverhampton, starting January 2027. Elston Hall serves around 680 pupils and is one of the largest primary schools in the area.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, values driven leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes.
- Lead the day to day running of the school, fostering a positive and inclusive culture where pupils and staff can thrive.
- Collaborate with Executive Leaders and colleagues across the Trust to drive continuous improvement and secure sustained school improvement through data and self evaluation.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in primary education and experience leading teams.
- Ability to inspire, build effective teams and use data to raise outcomes for all learners.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection and relevant statutory duties.

Interview Process
Interviews and tasks will be conducted on Thursday 9 July 2026 and Friday 10 July 2026. School visits will take place on Wednesday 24 June 2026 (afternoon) and Friday 26 June 2026 (morning).
