We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a welcoming and inclusive girls' secondary school in Tower Hamlets starting in September. This role is ideal for candidates with SEN experience who are looking to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment.
Key responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support across Key Stages 3-5
- Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and other additional learning needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
- Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
