Moov is a purpose-led business on a mission to make movement simple, social and irresistible for every child. We partner with schools across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire to deliver after-school movement clubs that combine gymnastics, dance and acro, helping children build confidence, coordination and lifelong wellbeing.
We are growing fast. Seven schools in early 2026. Fifteen by September. Thirty by the end of 2027.
Alongside our school network, we are launching new growth channels including Baby Gym, Schools Camps, Weekend Hubs and Home Sessions. These are not future ideas — they are happening now.
This role is designed for a coach who wants more than coaching alone.
You will lead five schools each week, manage two coaches and deliver exceptional experiences for children. At the same time, you will help build and grow some of the most exciting parts of the Moov business.

What You'll Do
Schools Coach:
Manage a pod of five schools, delivering ten Moov classes each week.Lead and develop two Level 1 coaches.Deliver sessions that are playful, structured and progression-focused.Establish and run weekend and holiday camps.Support the development of the Moov curriculum alongside our founder, Amy.Build strong relationships with school staff and parents.
Growth Co-ordinator
Develop and launch our Baby Gym offer.Manage and grow our holiday and weekend camps programme.Build and develop the Moov Weekend Hub model.Support the growth of regular Home Sessions at our Perry base.Work with Ellie, our General Manager, to set targets, track performance and identify opportunities.Build relationships with schools, parents and community partners that help Moov grow.
Your Growth Path
This role has a clear progression pathway.
By the end of 2027, subject to performance and business growth, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into Head of New Business Growth, a senior leadership position within the Moov Senior Leadership Team.
In that role, you will take ownership of new channel strategy, development and delivery across the region.
This is a pathway, not a promise. You will earn it through performance, leadership and results. We will support you with mentoring, development and increasing responsibility along the way.
About You
You are a qualified Level 2 coach who combines excellent coaching skills with commercial curiosity.
You enjoy working with children and creating outstanding experiences, but you are also interested in growth, development and what makes a business successful.
You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You communicate confidently with parents, schools and colleagues, and you enjoy turning ideas into reality.
Most importantly, you believe that movement can positively change children's lives.
Experience & Capability
Movement & Coaching
Level 2 British Gymnastics coaching qualification (essential).Experience coaching children in gymnastics, dance, acro or movement-based programmes.Experience supporting or developing less experienced coaches.Confident delivering engaging, inclusive and progression-focused sessions.
Growth & Operations
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership.Strong organisational and project management skills.Experience running events, camps, programmes or community activities desirable.Commercial awareness and understanding of growth-focused activity.
Relationships & Leadership
Strong relationship-building skills.Clear and confident communication.Ability to collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders.Ambition to develop into a leadership role.
Salary
The starting salary for this role is £30,000 per annum.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
As Moov grows, salary progression will be linked to increased responsibility, role development and business performance. Holiday entitlement, pension and professional development support will be discussed during the interview process.
