Remarkable future starts here. Nursery: Children 1st Hathern, 126 Loughborough Road, Hathern, Loughborough LE12 5JB. Hours: Casual, variable hours, Monday-Friday, Full Time and Part Time. Salary: £12.71ph to £13.30ph, depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
You'll provide cover for children as and when needed, covering holiday, sickness, or vacancy gaps, sometimes full day or morning/afternoon sessions. You'll start the day with a fully formulated plan which may change as circumstances call for it. Creativity is key - hand on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise and educational games, maintaining engagement while working within EYFS standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Level 2 or above qualification in early years (e.g., Early Years Educator, Practitioner or Nursery Nurse). Unqualified applicants may be considered if they demonstrate required values and enthusiasm.
- Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or working with children under the age of 5 is advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of EYFS is desirable.
