Primary Teacher Year 2 in a Primary School
We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher who is dedicated to academic and emotional development. The successful candidate will deliver a creative and effective curriculum that builds confidence and fosters curiosity. We seek someone who is committed to helping each child reach their full potential. The role requires a strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and a nurturing approach.
Responsibilities
- The ideal Primary Teacher Year 2 for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- The expectations for this role is a Primary Teacher Year 2 who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
- It is important to this school that the Primary Teacher Year 2 they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
- The Primary Teacher Year 2 appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
- Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
