Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Hounslow - Long Term
A specialist SEN setting in Hounslow is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs. The school requires a caring, resilient, and confident individual to work with pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care, or structured routines.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP linked needs
- Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
- Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
- Providing consistent, patient and reliable support
Qualifications
- SEN, care, support work, school or youth work experience
- Comfortable with practical support
- Patience, resilience and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and consistent throughout the day
Pay: £95 - £120 per day
Location: Hounslow (W4 5TA)
