We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Lecturer in Business and Customer Service!
This role focuses on delivering high-quality teaching and assessment for Business and Customer Service apprentices, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. Drawing on your vocational expertise, you will create engaging learning experiences that motivate apprentices and support them in becoming effective and valuable employees.
In addition to teaching, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring that programmes remain relevant to local and regional employer needs. Your work will help maintain the college's reputation as a leading provider of Business and Customer Service education and training.
The position is primarily based at Lincoln College, although travel may be required to teach at other college sites and within workplace settings.
