We are working with a network of high-performing and supportive primary schools, including outstanding schools across the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint committed Primary Teachers on a permanent basis.
The role
As a Permanent Primary Teacher, you will take ownership of a dedicated class within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons within a supportive school community.
You will take responsibility for:
Planning and delivering high-quality primary lessons
Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Tracking, assessing and supporting pupil progress
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
Contributing to the wider school community
Upholding high standards of teaching, behaviour and achievement
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:
QTS
Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for pupil progress and whole-child development
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
Subject leadership interest or experience
Experience in outstanding or high-performing schools
Ability to contribute to curriculum development
